三溪園の感染防止の取り組み　Our initiatives to prevent infectious disease

新型コロナウイルスの感染を防止し、安全に三溪園をご利用いただくため、三溪園では次の取組みを行っています。
●スタッフのマスクおよび手袋の着用
●窓口での透明フィルムの設置と一部窓口の閉鎖
●カード・現金および入園券のトレイでの受け渡し
●窓口への手指消毒液の設置およびトイレ・手洗い場への石鹸の設置
※ボランティアによるガイドサービスは中止しています。

また、ご来園の際、皆様には次の点にご協力・ご配慮をお願いします。
●マスクの着用
●咳エチケットの徹底
●手洗い、手指消毒の徹底
●２メートルほどの間隔の確保と近い距離での会話の自粛
●ご入園前に検温を行い37.5℃以上の発熱がある場合は入園をご遠慮いただきます。
●体調不良の場合は入園をご遠慮いただきます。
●感染が拡大している国・地域への過去２週間以内の訪問歴がある方の入園の自粛

We take the following measures to prevent infection.
●Wearing masks and gloves at the counter
●Installation of transparent film at the counter and closing of some counter
●Handing over cards, cash and admission tickets using tray
●Installation of hand antiseptic solution at the counter and installation of soap at the toilet etc.

In addition, please cooperate with the following points to prevent infectious disease when visiting our garden.
●Wearing a mask
●Thorough cough etiquette
●Thorough hand washing and hand disinfection
●Securing a distance of about 2meters and refraining from conversations at close distances
●All customers will be thermometered when entering the garden.At that time,
  customers who have a  fever of 37.5 degrees or higher will not be allowed to enter the garden.
  Reaining from visiting the garden when you feel unwell.
●Refraining from visiting the garden if you have traveled within the past two weeks to countries or regions where infections are continuing to increase.
